I don't have Fixed Rates.
Sorry but Comics, Story Boards, Private commissions & Portraits are all negotiated on a case by case basis.
Size, color, and market are all determining factors, as is your budget. There are just too many variables to have set rates that would be meaningful, so you'll have to tell me what you have in mind and what it's for before i can give any kind of quote.
